Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and will end at the current billing period. Paid monthly fees are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions may request full refund within 14 days of purchase (provided less than 20% of monthly quota has been used).
Points packs are one-time virtual goods purchases. Unused points may be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Partially used points packs are non-refundable.
If points are deducted due to system failure without successful content generation, points will be automatically refunded. If auto-refund doesn't apply, please contact support@reelforgehq.com.
Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5-10 business days. Submit refund requests to support@reelforgehq.com with your order number and reason.
Refunds do not apply to: accounts suspended or terminated for terms violations, purchases past the refund period, or generation failures due to user-side issues (e.g., network problems).
